📦 Shipping

Shipping to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands: we deliver throughout Spain.
Delivery times: between 24 and 72 working hours from order confirmation.
Fast processing: Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same business day.
Shipping cost: €4.90 (free on orders over €50).
Tracking: You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please contact us indicating the order number and the reason.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with the packaging in good condition.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using the same payment method.

❗ Exceptions

No returns are accepted for personalized, used, or damaged products.
In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
